Refund policy
Returns
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange except for the following cases:
1. Mis-spelling of customized wordings (differ from order details)
2. Wrong product or product colour
3. Damaged item proved to be caused by the negligence of The Jomu Co
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused / unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
1. Products with obvious signs of use
2. Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
3. Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery/collection
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification (via email) to you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via bank transfer/PayNow.
Please note: Refunds for orders due to client's cancellation / change in mind / wish to substitute items of lower value / client's change in quantity, etc, will be in terms of store credits with a 1 year validity.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and proved to be caused by the negligence of The Jomu Co. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@thejomuco.com.
