For most keepsake items, it generally takes around 7-10 working days to complete your orders before it is ready for dispatch / pick up / delivery, unless stated otherwise under individual product details. You may also check the earliest slots for delivery or pick up when you select the shipping option before cart out.

Yes, you can! We will do our best to slot in an urgent order and complete them as soon as we can. However, as each item is individually crafted by hand, we take in a limited number of urgent orders each week. Please whatsapp us @ +65 84949413 to see if we are able to fulfil your rush items before sending in the order!

We offer a few forms of delivery methods: 

1. Tracked Parcel

• Available for selected items that are safe to be shipped out via Tracked Parcel. 
• You should receive the parcel 2-3 working days after the delivery team picked up your order.
• Delivery date selection unavailable for this option. 

2. Self Collection 

• Self pick up is available at our studio (23 New Inustrial Road), on your selected date and time slot. 
• Contactless pick up instructions & address will be sent to you in our confirmation email. 

We accept credit cards, PayNow and Direct Bank Transfer.
