Self Collection (Recommended)

We meet our clients once a week on stiputated date & time (Saturdays* at 12pm*, Kovan MRT exit C taxi stand/pick up point). The available self-collection slots (as well as accurate timings and date) are made available for selection on our website upon carting out.

*Please check cart out page for updated date and time for each week's mass meet-up session. 


Please ensure that you check your items at point of collection.

In any event that you are unable to make it for meet-up collection on a last minute notice, please drop us a whatsapp or an email to re-arrage another date. We will allow up to 2 events of date changes.

 

 

Shipping

We do our best to prepare each item for shipment but we cannot control what happens upon mailing the items out. We shall not accept any liability arising from mailing/mishandling/etc. unless proved to be caused by the negligence of The Jomu Co.

All items will be mailed out via Singpost by default. We will not be liable for any loss/damage to item, or any missing/delayed article if you opt for mailing service.

The Jomu Co performs her due diligence in ensuring all products undergo quality checks before sending it for mailing or self-collection or home deliveries.

The Jomu Co performs her due diligence in ensuring that all mailing address are accurate as given by client when order is being placed. All shipment emails are sent to clients at the point of mailing.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If you've submitted the wrong shipment address - please inform us as soon as possible and we will make a note. However, we will not be able to make any changes if the item had been mailed out.

Shipping Lead Time

  • Registered Mail: 2 working days 
  • Non-Registered Mail: 3-5 working days 
  • This serves as a guide, actual lead time is subjected to Singpost's processing lead-time. 

 

Home Delivery

Home delivery services are available upon requst and additional charges apply (depending on location). Please reach out to us to arrange for delivery services.
